Marky Style & Guy Gabriel, the producers behind the smash, Karma, which is currently featured on 30,000 Spotify playlists, came to the US from Israel to make hits and that is exactly what they have been doing. Out of their studio in Los Angeles, the two teamed up with vocalist, Tima Dee, for their upcoming single, “On My Body” which opens with Tima singing, “You and me are too damn fine, know you got me, you should be under me, not overthinking, cuz I don’t need you on my mind, just on my body”. The song jumps between intimate and beautiful with just Tima’s voice over a kick and snare into a full out party rocking trap drop with chopped up vocals with synths to match.
Tima Dee is a writer and vocalist from the SF Bay Area. She has garnered millions of plays singing on dance records for the past year. After partnering with Kobalt Music and DJ Whiteshadow’s Maxwell & Carter, Tima continues to create music and write for others alongside her own singles.
The music video, produced by Bancs Media’s Erez Safar and directed by Jonty Fine, follows a young couple navigating a house party scene where they eventually end up passed out in Tima’s classic convertible, as Tima drives off the next morning, the couple wakes to the song drop and continue making out into the sunset.
Hit making producer from Israel, Guy Gabriel moved to the US to do what he always wanted to do since childhood, make music that the whole world would hear. After moving to LA, not really looking at himself as an artist but rather a producer and a songwriter, trying to get his songs to the biggest artists, he decided that instead of waiting for other artists to put his music out, he would do it himself. He then met up with fellow Israeli DJ/producer Marky Style who released several club bangers that made it to the radio and to the biggest tastemaker channels online. Guy and Marky immediately clicked making music that rivaled radio with their infectious melodies and banging beats.
