Mikey Pauker is a Folk/World artist who hails from Oakland, California. His music stems from Hebrew, English and Sanskrit roots, and is often described as “Medicine Music.” His songs are inspired by mystical teachings and his personal spiritual experience and exploration. Mikey’s music resonates with and frequently connects people from all fabrics of life and faith. His music has gained a significant following all over the world, and has been featured in TIME Magazine, Examiner, Artist Direct, and has received radio play on KROQ and WFUV. Mikey has shared the stage with Matisyahu, Trevor Hall, MC Yogi, Mike Love, Ayla Nereo, Shamans Dream, Yo La Tengo, Tubby Love, Dustin Thomas, Idan Raichel, Yair Delal, Local Natives among others.

Mikey’s debut album, Extraordinary Love, was produced by Diwon, who layers subtle live and electronic beats on top of acoustic folk to produce one-of-a-kind soundscapes. The title track jumps right in with Pauker singing, “You’re powerful, extraordinary love.” It’s a theme that returns throughout the songs. The album is a seamless blend of folk, electronica, pop, hip-hop, and reggae, weaved together by Pauker’s divine experiences with ancient texts that pulse through the artist’s veins and enter listeners’ hearts.

Currently working with EDM icon Siren – together they just released, “SAGES EP” – Mikey seamlessly blends folk and reggae with electronic beats. Pauker just completed an extensive summer tour performing at UNIFY, Bhakti Fest, Blessed Coast, Burning Man, Ecstatic Fest, Mystic Rising Festival and Chant 4 Change at the Lincoln Memorial. Mikey is heading back to the studio to work on his full length album with an expected release in 2017.
